Step by step instructions for the perfect Easter side dish, Honey Glazed Carrots!

- 16 oz
carrots mini tri-colored carrots or 5-6 regular carrots cut lengthwise & in half
- 1/4 cup
butter
- 2 tablespoon
honey
- 2 tablespoon
brown sugar
- 2 tsp
thyme, separated
- 2 tsp
parsley, separated
- 2 tbsp
chopped hazelnuts
- 2-3 tbsp
crumbled goat cheese
Chives for garnish (finely chopped)
Salt & pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 425°
Toss carrots in olive oil, salt & pepper and arrange on a sheet tray in a single layer and bake for 18-20 mins, until fork tender.
While carrots are baking, melt butter, honey, and brown sugar on the stove, stir in 1 tsp thyme and 1 tsp parsley. Remove carrots from oven after 18-20 mins and drizzle mixture on carrots and coat.
Bake carrots additional 10-12 minutes until soft.

Remove carrots from oven and place on serving dish, top with crumbled goat cheese, chopped hazelnuts and remaining thyme and parsley. Sprinkle with sea salt, serve and Enjoy!
