How To Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
Creating Pickled Deviled Eggs is easier than you might think. Start by hard-boiling a dozen eggs by boiling them in cold salted water-enough to cover all the eggs by one inch. The trick to having eggs peeling easily-add a few splashes of white distilled vinegar into the water! Once all eggs have been carefully placed into the water, turn on the stove on high and bring the uncovered pot to a boil. Once the water is boiling, shut off the stove and cover the pot with a lid and leave in the pot for 10 mins. After, carefully place the eggs in an ice bath to cool the hard boiled eggs. Works like a charm!

Once cooled and carefully peeled, cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yoke and place in a seperate bowl. With a fork, smash yokes until fine.

Combine smashed yokes, mayo, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, chopped cornichon pickles, Tabasco and parsley and mix well until fully comined.

Make a piping bag for the deviled egg yoke mixute by taking a tall drinking glass, place a plasic sandwich sized ziplock bag into the glass and fold the top of the bag over the glass, creating a large enough hole to fill it with the mixture. Use a spatula to help in the process. Carefully close the top of the bag and squeeze out excess air. Cut the corner of the bag and now it's time to fill the eggs!

Using your piping bag of mixture, carefully fill each hard boiled egg white with the yoke mixture.
