Ideas and Tips For Creating the Perfect Thanksgiving Tablescape

thanksgiving tablescape image 2

Thanksgiving isn’t just about the food; it’s a chance for family and friends to come together around a beautifully set table and enjoy each other’s company. A great Thanksgiving tablescape really amps up the holiday vibe and makes the meal feel even more special. If you want to wow your guests and create a cozy, inviting space, here’s a simple guide with Thanksgiving table ideas to create the perfect Thanksgiving tablescape.

Taper Candles and Holders

thanksgivingTall candles are a great way to bring some elegance and warmth to your Thanksgiving tablescape. They really catch the eye and add a nice height to your setup. You can go for taper candles like these orange ones from Amazon in fun holders like this set of 6 from Anthropologie for a classic touch.

Thanksgiving Table Idea 5Just be sure to keep them at a height that won’t obstruct conversation.

Mini Pumpkins

TablescapeAnother easy Thanksgiving table idea is to incorporate mini pumpkins! They come in all sorts of colors and shapes, so you can mix and match to fit your theme. Plus they give the table some festive flair. I love this set of 23 pieces from Amazon for $12.99.

Name Card Holders

Name card holders are such a cute and easy way to add a personal touch to your Thanksgiving tablescape decor!Thanksgiving Tablescape I love these mini gold pumpkin name card holders from Amazon. Another fun option is this Gold Turkey Holder set from Pottery Barn.

Greenery Garland

I love this greenery garland from Wayfair for only $20.99. Plus it’s not too bulky so there will still be space on the table for the food.

Napkins & Napkin Rings

Depending on what your color scheme is, I love using solid color linen napkins with napkin holders because it’s a simple way to add personality to your Thanksgiving tablescape! Plus, by using solid colored napkins, I can reuse the same napkins for different holidays and just change out the napkin rings! Wayfair has several color options for linen napkins in a pack of 12 for $14.26. napkin holderFor Thanksgiving Napkin ring holders, you could go with solid brass ones like these from Wayfair that say Thankful. I also love these Thanksgiving Bird Napkin rings from Amazon for a pop of personality. Thanksgiving Table Idea 4

Putting together the perfect Thanksgiving tablescape is all about mixing style, warmth, and those little personal touches! With essentials like pretty centerpieces and some cozy candles, you can create a gorgeous setup that makes your holiday gathering feel special. Just remember, the real spirit of Thanksgiving is about spending time with loved ones, so set your table with love and enjoy those moments together! Happy Thanksgiving!

He came to this country from Egypt and built a life he could be proud of, becoming a successful business owner who owned three neighborhood bars. But to him, they were more than just bars. They were always home to familiar faces and gave people a place to go, especially on the holidays, when he would make sure everyone had a meal and a place to be.

He loved to go deep sea fishing, play video games at his bar, wear all white, put way too much sugar in his tea, smoke his Marlboro Lights, drink a Heineken, wear his 14k gold and always had wads of cash in his pockets.

But nothing put a bigger smile on his face than his grandchildren.

Losing both of my parents in six months is something I still can’t wrap my head around. It feels unimaginable. There are moments I don’t know how to process it all, or how life can possibly look the same without either of them.

But I find comfort in knowing that my dad is in heaven, and I know my mom was there to welcome him with open arms 🙏

I will miss you forever, Daddy. I love you ♥️

My beautiful mom went to heaven. She passed peacef My beautiful mom went to heaven. She passed peacefully and is no longer fighting a battle she has fought for so long.

Nothing in this world prepares you for the heartbreak of losing your mom. My mom was everything to me, and I know how incredibly lucky I have been all these years to have had her as my mother. She taught me how to work hard, to be independent, strong, and assertive.

She was a powerhouse. Tough and honest, but always fair. Her bark bigger than her bite. But let me tell you about the German stubbornness…all the way to the end. I was always so proud you were my mom. A mom who did everything, for everyone. But her favorite role was becoming Omi to my two littles.

It’s up to us to keep our loved ones’ memories alive. If you knew my mom, please comment your favorite memory of her. Some of the only laughs I’ve had recently have come from friends sharing their favorite moments with her over the years.

I promise to continue her legacy. To say her name. To teach my children what an incredible woman their Omi was and how deeply she loved them. While her proudest accomplishment was being a selfless mother to her two children, mine was being able to care for her over the last 11 years, the way she cared for me my entire life. I will forever cherish the moments we walked through the hard together.

Be free, Mom. You are out of pain now. No more suffering. Watch over us and send me the signs, I will look for you in everything we do and know you are shining down on us forever.

I love you. In Gottes Namen 🙏♥️
